We have based our offering on three key principles:

  • We want you to have your own selection of sessions tailored to your organisation’s needs.
  • We design the sessions so we not only teach you theory but also practice with you, so you can continue practicing on your own.
  • If you want or need to start quickly, we adapt to the speed you need.

At the moment we offer the following theme sessions. New theme sessions will be added in the coming months.

Introduction to mindfulness and meditation


The words ‘mindfulness’ and ‘meditation’ are used a lot nowadays. This session is for who wants to understand the difference between the two, create a baseline for your breathing and learn some basic techniques for mindfulness and meditation you can start using right away.


Body scan meditation


Body scan meditation is a good way to release tension and stress. During a body scan you are aware of the different parts of your body and bodily sensations in a gradual sequence from head to toe. Noticing these sensations can help bring relief to your mind and body.


Metta (loving kindness) meditation


The metta meditation develops compassion for self and others, and has been proven to  change the brain neurons in a way which encourages openness to new ideas and reduces unconscious bias. This can be extremely productive both for individuals and for team interventions.

Focussed sitting and walking meditation


This meditation helps to focus attention, calm the senses and allow important insights to be accessed for individuals. The session includes practical tips how to integrate meditaion into everyday activities.


Yoga and meditation, part 1


This session focuses on the role of yoga in mindfulness and meditation. The ancient philosophy of yoga and the techniques of holistic yoga give us practical tools for mindfulness and meditation.


Yoga and meditation, part 2


This session builds on 'Yoga and meditation, part 1' and thereby also focuses on the role of yoga in mindfulness and meditation. The ancient philosophy of yoga and the techniques of holistic yoga give us practical tools for mindfulness and meditation.
